Firm History
ALTITUDE CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS LIMITED has offices in Taupo and Taihape.
The Taupo firm was established by M J (Joe) Morel in 1954. It has operated continuously from that time initially as a partnership until 1996 when the company ownership structure was then adopted.
The Taihape office business was established in 1946 by Noel Ashenden, Quentin Kingham and Colin Rae. Ownership passed to Bob Blight and Tony Dodgson with Tony selling his interest to the Taupo firm in 1994. On the death of Bob Blight in 1996, the firm completed acquisition of the Taihape practice.
